Commercial quality pleated air filters 1 inch, 2 inch and 4 inch. Synthetic electret/mechanical media. The media is moisture repelling and resists supporting bacterial and mold growth. Double wall frame construction will not break down – even in high velocity commercial systems. MERV 10 at 492 fpm Medium Efficiency air Filter. More surface area at 11 pleats per foot for both 1″ and 2″  sizes. Four inch filters have 9 pleats per foot. Lasts up to 3 months. Excellent air flow – will not restrict efficient operation of your HVAC system. Kimberly-Clark media combines mechanical  and electret filtration mechanisms for optimum performance. Odor Carbon Air Filters

Odor Relief filters combine the ability to help reduce particles such as dust, pollen, mold and animal dander with the added benefit of carbon for gas and odor removal. Odor Relief filters are excellent for removing odors from cigarettes, cigars, bathrooms, cooking, pets, mold and much more. This is the same carbon media used as a prefilter in high quality HEPA air purifiers. Unlike air fresheners or products that produce ozone such as lonizers and ozone generators, Odor Relief filters do not add any chemicals to indoor air. In fact, the carbon reacts with ozone in indoor air to minimize ozone exposure for building inhabitants. Odor molecules are trapped in the carbon. The pleated design of Odor Relief air filters enables them to last up to 3 months. They will not reduce air flow over conventional pleated filters. The Camfil Farr City-Flo XL addresses the indoor ait quality needs of today’s green buildings and may be applied in applications where particulate and odorous contaminants may be a concern. The City-Flo XL is ideal for removing contaminants associated with harsh urban environments. In the same manner that grease rolls off a TEFLON® coated pan, it rolls down our baffles, out of the filter and into the hood’s remote collection cup. Designed with and extra layer of bold corrugation to protect the finer layers behind, these filters can stand up to the hard handling units, both heating and cooling in a wide range of manufacturing plants as well as office buildings. The Smith HEAVY-DUTY Filter can also be used in grease applications where allowed by state regulations. CONSTRUCTION – The Smith HEAVY-DUTY Filter shall be processed from sheet Aluminum, commercially known as 3003-H14, .025 thickness, expanded from .031 to .050 strand. Filter shall consist of not less than eight layers of expanded aluminum, including a face layer expanded at .050 strand. Assembled in a way that each layer shall be at right angles with the preceding layer. Each layer of expanded will be corrugated between 1/4. to 3/8. to provide maximum dust holding capacity. The HEAVY-DUTY Filter shall be framed in a formed aluminum channel not less than .040 thickness. Holes shall be punched on one side of frame to facilitate drainage after cleaning. Handles on frame are optional.
